What runs in settleD
settleD's core, including importing, normalizing, validating and generating documents, is deterministic software. It follows rules you can inspect, and it doesn't use a language model to decide your hours, rates or amounts.
settleD may include an in-product guide, TY.sn, that explains features, runs product tours, inspects files you choose to show it, and drafts support replies. On the marketing site, a placeholder guide narrates the tour.
What guides can never do
- Sign, approve, release, submit, file, pay or send anything
- Invent hours, rates, mileage, case numbers or dates
- Write your case narratives or put words into a document you certify
A person releases every document.
Your data and AI
Customer Data isn't used to train, fine-tune or evaluate any AI model, whether ours or a third party's. If a future feature sends content to an AI model provider, we'll describe it here, list the provider on the Subprocessors page, and make it opt-in before it launches.
Labeling
Anything a guide writes is labeled as coming from the guide. You're always told when you're interacting with automation rather than a person.
