This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Don't use settleD to:
- Create billing records for work that wasn't performed, inflate time, mileage or expenses, or alter records in order to mislead a payer, court or agency
- Store or process information you have no right to hold, or disclose sealed or confidential material in violation of a court order, rule or contract
- Impersonate someone, or submit documents in another person's name without authority
- Probe, scan or test settleD's vulnerability except under our disclosure rules, or interfere with other users
- Upload malware, or scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service
- Violate any law, including privacy, consumer-protection and anti-fraud laws
settleD is designed to make honest records easier to finish, not to make dishonest records easier to produce. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy. Report abuse to wolf@ward.bz.
